Creative packages are recommended only when you are committed to producing a style. The sample development process takes approximately 6-8 weeks, followed by 3-4 months of production (for imported goods), meaning each style requires a total timeline of about 4-6 months from start to finish. To justify the cost, consider not only the time we invested but also the 4-5 samples created throughout the production lifecycle.
PROFIT MARGIN TIP : Additionally, you can break down the cost as a margin per unit. For example, if you invest $1,350 in development and produce 200 pieces in one color, the cost per piece is $6.75. However, the more units you produce, the lower the cost per piece. If you produce 600 pieces in three colors, the development cost per unit drops to just $2.25, maximizing your profit margin as your order quantity increases.
