Creative Culture Consult

About Us

“We take your design from sketch to the finish(ed) line”

Creative Culture Consulting is a full-service fashion development and production partner for live sellers and boutique owners who are ready to create exclusive, private-label collections — and for entrepreneurs who are just getting started.

While many know us for programs like The Live Seller designed for platforms such as CommentSold and TikTok Shop, or for boutique-focused production solutions, our services extend far beyond that. We also offer strategic Creative Packages and foundational programs like Starter Spark, giving business owners at every stage the tools, structure, and support they need to grow confidently.

We support you at every stage — from initial concept and trend direction to fully developed styles ready for production. Whether you have a rough idea, a best-selling silhouette you want to recreate in your own version, or simply know what your customer loves, we help turn that vision into a profitable, branded collection.

Our services include design development, sourcing, manufacturing, quality control, storage, shipping logistics, and sales strategy — all structured to help you build a sustainable and scalable business. Simply put, we take your design from sketch to the finished line — transforming your ideas into production-ready pieces that reflect your brand and drive real revenue.

For boutique owners, live sellers, and growing brands looking to stand out in a competitive market, private labeling is the key to higher margins, stronger brand identity, and true customer loyalty. We don’t just help you create products — we help you build your brand, your margins, and your long-term independence.

About The Founder

Hi, I’m Philippa Comfort, Founder and CEO of Creative Culture Consulting — a full-service fashion consulting and production company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs bring their creative visions to life.

Born and raised in Germany, I moved to the United States at 19 years old, where my journey in fashion truly began. I studied fashion design at Santa Monica College before transferring to the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. During my time there, I had the opportunity to intern with globally recognized brands such as Michael Kors. After graduating, I worked as an assistant designer for Theory and Helmut Lang, where I refined my technical skills and gained invaluable experience in contemporary fashion design and development.

In 2014, I returned to California and continued building my career in the wholesale fashion world. As a designer working across multiple labels and aesthetics, I not only focused on creative direction but also managed my own production. This hands-on experience gave me a comprehensive understanding of the entire process — from concept and development to sourcing, manufacturing, cost analysis, and large-scale production. It allowed me to master cost-saving strategies, streamline production systems, and mitigate risk — knowledge that now directly benefits my clients. After stepping away from the industry to focus on raising my two beautiful daughters, I realized that my passion for fashion had never faded. While I chose not to return to traditional designing, I discovered a deeper calling: guiding and supporting aspiring fashion entrepreneurs as they launch and scale their own brands. Drawing from years of industry experience and production expertise, I founded Creative Culture Consulting.

Today, I have built a team of experienced industry professionals who support every aspect of our clients’ journeys. Together, we provide expert guidance in design development, sourcing, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and strategic growth. Our mission is not just to help you create products — it’s to help you build a sustainable, profitable brand with confidence.

At Creative Culture Consulting, we combine creativity with structure, vision with execution, and passion with strategy. I am deeply committed to empowering others with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed in the fashion industry. It’s an honor to help entrepreneurs turn their ideas into reality and build brands that truly reflect their vision.

Fashion with Purpose CCC Partners with
Design for the Good to Drive Meaningful Change

At Creative Culture Consulting (CCC), we are passionate about fashion manufacturing and consulting, but we believe there is more to this industry than just making clothes. The complexities of sustainability in fashion—whether through domestic production, supporting local vendors, or using recycled fabrics—still leave an undeniable footprint on our planet. This realization led us to seek a deeper purpose and a way to give back meaningfully.

We are proud to announce our partnership with Design for the Good, a Swiss charity and art foundation committed to creating meaningful change through creativity. Founded by my dear friend Julia, an incredible artist whose vision and dedication inspire everyone she touches .Design for the Good focuses on improving the quality of life for communities in Sri Lanka that are in need. Their transformative projects include building a preschool, such as Aliya Preschool, developing Elderly Homes for seniors, and establishing an animal hospital to provide care for local animals. Through these initiatives, they aim to create lasting positive impacts on the community. Beyond these vital efforts, Julia and her team use the power of art to inspire action and foster hope through charity exhibitions and creative collaborations.

I’ve had the privilege of witnessing Julia’s incredible projects come to life, and I trust her unwavering commitment to making a difference. CCC is honored to support her foundation by donating 5% of all client profits to Design for the Good. Through this partnership, we aim to promote a more responsible approach to fashion while creating a lasting impact beyond our industry.
