About The Founder

Hi, I’m Philippa Comfort, the founder and CEO of Creative Culture Consulting, a renowned fashion consulting company. With a deep-rooted passion for fashion and a wealth of industry experience, I have dedicated my career to helping aspiring fashion entrepreneurs bring their creative visions to life.

Born and raised in Germany, I embarked on an exciting adventure at the age of 19 when I moved to the United States as an au pair. During my time in the US, I pursued my love for fashion by studying fashion design at Santa Monica College. Eager to immerse myself in the vibrant fashion scene, I transferred to the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York, where I had the privilege of interning for renowned brands like Michael Kors. Shortly after graduating, I worked as an assistant designer for Theory and Helmut Lang, gaining valuable experience and refining my skills.

In 2014, I made the decision to return to California, where I crossed paths with Sam, a fellow fashion industry professional. For over five years, I had the pleasure of working as a designer for Sam, collaborating on multiple labels and aesthetics in the wholesale world. It was during this time that Sam and I embarked on our own entrepreneurial journey, co-founding Hologram, a unique athleisure line that stood out from the rest.

Throughout my career as a wholesale designer, I also took on the responsibility of managing my own production. This hands-on experience allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of both design and production, giving me a significant advantage in terms of cost-saving techniques, mass production strategies, and mitigating risks.

After leaving the fashion industry to focus on raising my two beautiful daughters, I realized that my passion for fashion remained unwavering. Although I didn’t return to designing, I discovered a new calling in helping others on their journey of starting their own brand or navigating the design and production process. Drawing upon my years of experience and the lessons learned from managing my own production, I founded Creative Culture Consulting.

As the founder and CEO of Creative Culture Consulting, I am dedicated to providing aspiring fashion entrepreneurs with guidance, expertise, and insights. Whether it’s advising on design concepts, optimizing production processes, or offering cost-saving strategies, I am committed to helping others succeed in the fashion industry. With a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to excellence, I am here to guide and empower others on their creative journey.

I am thrilled to be able to combine my passion for fashion with my expertise in consulting, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact on the fashion community. With Creative Culture Consulting, I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where aspiring fashion entrepreneurs can thrive and bring their fashion dreams to life.”

Fashion with Purpose CCC Partners with
Design for the Good to Drive Meaningful Change

At Creative Culture Consulting (CCC), we are passionate about fashion manufacturing and consulting, but we believe there is more to this industry than just making clothes. The complexities of sustainability in fashion—whether through domestic production, supporting local vendors, or using recycled fabrics—still leave an undeniable footprint on our planet. This realization led us to seek a deeper purpose and a way to give back meaningfully.

We are proud to announce our partnership with Design for the Good, a Swiss charity and art foundation committed to creating meaningful change through creativity. Founded by my dear friend Julia, an incredible artist whose vision and dedication inspire everyone she touches .Design for the Good focuses on improving the quality of life for communities in Sri Lanka that are in need. Their transformative projects include building a preschool, such as Aliya Preschool, developing Elderly Homes for seniors, and establishing an animal hospital to provide care for local animals. Through these initiatives, they aim to create lasting positive impacts on the community. Beyond these vital efforts, Julia and her team use the power of art to inspire action and foster hope through charity exhibitions and creative collaborations.

I’ve had the privilege of witnessing Julia’s incredible projects come to life, and I trust her unwavering commitment to making a difference. CCC is honored to support her foundation by donating 5% of all client profits to Design for the Good. Through this partnership, we aim to promote a more responsible approach to fashion while creating a lasting impact beyond our industry. We invite you to learn more about the amazing work Design for the Good is doing. Visit their website to explore their impactful projects, including the incredible initiatives they’ve started in Sri Lanka. Together, we can turn inspiration into action and contribute to a brighter, more equitable future.
